Very good

Great first time visit. The Wi-Fi speed did get laggy while trying to have a video interview a couple of times. When I did a speed test, I was getting under 50mbps upload and download. Other than that one issue that didn't seem to be constant, it was great from start to finish.
The receptionist/ assistance was excellent. Very nice and helpful.
The room was very hot temp was 79-80 degrees and even with the door open it would not cool off. The receptionist wasn't sure how to make it cooler, after making a call, she said it was adjusted at the main controller but it never cooled off in the conference room.
Craig was an excellent help in locating the room and getting me situated.
No one was on site when we arrived to try and access the building, and now it has been a nightmare to try and get a refund.
Oh my gosh the staff is absolutely amazing!! The space is gorgeous and beautifully clean the only reason I rated for stars is because the chair at the desk could have used a sticky roller but other than that everything was sparkling! I will definitely use the space again! Highly recommend, very convenient, and excellent value for the money!
Staff were attentive and helpful from start to finish.
Pleasant, quiet setting, ideal to stay focused.
I think the pricing is a bit high
Pleasant, quiet setting, ideal to stay focused.
Great value for money, I will definitely come back.
It was great experience. Thank you.
Experience was very nice and the things promised were available at the location, and the most important thing, the meeting room they promised, they provided the same in the end. Thank you for the service.
Neighbors were loud and even with door closed could still hear them. Made it hard to focus

Coworking is no longer just for start-ups looking for sofas, free wifi and unlimited coffee. In the United States, coworking spaces have become an integral part of the professional landscape, from New York skyscrapers to California beaches. Even Uncle Sam has realized that a shared, no-obligation office can boost productivity - or at least guarantee fresh croissants every Monday morning.
When it comes toinnovation in the workplace, the United States is always one step ahead (or so they like to think). Today's companies are looking for a clever blend of flexible workspaces and logistical simplicity. Gone are the days of ten-year contracts with grumpy landlords: in their place come flexible subscriptions and office rentals that evolve according to team size... and the mood of the moment.
In this country, where the winds of permanent mobility are blowing, flexible office space has almost become a national art. Employees can work on a project in a shared office, join a glassed-in meeting room overlooking Brooklyn Bridge at midday, then finish their files in a Californian lounge at 5pm. And all this, of course, without changing your badge or work environment!
Goodbye traditional private offices, welcome to connected virtual offices, nomadic workspaces and, above all, corpoworking. This concept refers to the trend among large companies to rent out entire zones ofcoworking spaces to offer their employees hybrid solutions, combining telecommuting, freedom and the conviviality of an impromptu "happy hour".
This transformation is no longer confined to Silicon Valley or Manhattan. Chicago, Seattle, Austin: everywhere, freelancers, VSEs and Fortune 500 companies are experimenting with the American holy trinity: flexibility, efficiency, good coffee. The craze for coworking networks brings all these profiles together in the same quest for professional freedom.
American coworking spaces embody a veritable all-you-can-eat buffet of professional services. Forget the rabbit cages of the past: here, designer lounges, high-end meeting rooms, fully-equipped kitchens, cubicles for confidential calls and terraces are commonplace. Some coworking networks even offer access to hundreds of locations across the U.S. through a single, flexible membership - ideal for collecting badges without ever getting bored.
Flexible membership is no pipe dream. It allows you to move from a shared office in San Diego to a private space in Miami without renegotiating every clause in the contract a thousand times. For business nomads, it's the blessing they've been waiting for for years.
To understand the coworking map in the USA, we need to explore a few flagship cities where shared office culture has taken root. Each region has developed its own style, transforming real estate constraints into genuine lifestyle assets.
Whether you work in an Art Deco building in New York or a converted industrial warehouse in Austin, one thing remains the same: here, coworking is enjoyed like an extra shot of Frappuccino... with no guaranteed weight gain.
In New York, there's no need to look for an affordable apartment. On the other hand, finding a lively, designer coworking space is almost a local sport. Hundreds of places compete with each other to attract flexible members: rooftops overlooking Central Park, 3D printing labs, integrated fitness clubs... Here, the concept of shared offices is constantly being reinvented.
Demand is exploding among solopreneurs, international consultants, freelancers and small businesses. They all want to try out private offices to brainstorm in peace... or retain their anonymity after two hours of marathon videoconferencing.
Here, shared offices are synonymous with giant screens, high-powered wifi and a relaxed atmosphere. Many opt to rent temporary, ultra-equipped offices to enjoy a stimulating environment, far from the cliché of the geek lost in the sun.
The big names in tech rub shoulders with micro-entrepreneurs who have come to develop their miracle app, often in eco-friendly coworking spaces with premium services. Panoramic meeting rooms, open spaces bathed in natural light, relaxation zones for meditating between pitches: the West Coast version of happiness.
The success of the turnkey formula is also explained by the impressive number of options included in the subscription. No need to buy equipment, organize cleaning or manage postal reception. American coworking spaces have sharpened their offer: you arrive, plug in your computer and get to work (or chat, depending on your motivation).
Here's an overview of the services generally on offer:
No one really likes numbers, except when they prove that working at the local coffee shop is good for the economy. There are currently over 7,000 active coworking spaces in the United States, spread across all the major regions, from Massachusetts to Florida, not to mention a few unexpected rural locations in Idaho and Texas.
According to various industry studies, the number of jobs available through collaborative office agencies now exceeds two million. The sector's average annual growth rate is flirting with 20% - much higher than that of the conventional commercial real estate market, by the way.
| Major cities | Number of coworking spaces | Leading services |
|---|---|---|
| New York | More than 700 coworking spaces | Shared offices, high-tech meeting rooms, multi-site memberships |
| San Francisco | More than 500 | Flexible spaces, organic cafés, innovation workshops, virtual offices |
| Chicago | Approx. 350 | Private offices, interstate coworking network, community events |
| Los Angeles | Close to 300 | Creative studios, flexible membership, panoramic terraces |
Even in so-called "less trendy" cities, shared offices are finding their audience, taking advantage of the telecommuting boom to attract mobile consultants and hardened start-ups.
The advent of corpoworking is also appealing to large companies wishing to support their digital transformation without sacrificing team spirit. Renting out several floors of a shared office building is becoming commonplace, especially when historical head offices become too cumbersome to manage.
The result? Less stress on the real estate side, greater agility during business peaks and troughs, and above all a genuine corporate culture boosted by the diversity of talents encountered on a daily basis. Space is no longer just a place: it becomes a catalyst for encounters and innovation, supported by coworking networks that pamper their members like a large hotel chain. Employees enjoy all the classic benefits, but also some refreshing initiatives: musical afterworks, themed conferences or collective yoga sessions at dawn.
