How much does it cost to sign up?
Nothing. Creating your account and publishing your spaces and offers is free. We only earn on results: a 20% commission on short-term bookings paid online, 10% on long-term contracts from our leads.
Does the client pay more through workin.space?
No, never. The price shown on workin.space is the one you set, with no service fees for the client. Our commission is your acquisition cost: it only triggers on a paid booking, like a marketing budget that only spends when it earns.
How do I get paid?
The client pays online at booking time and automatically receives their invoice. Every month you receive a detailed report of your bookings in your currency; you send us your invoice based on it, and it is paid within 48 hours.
Can I also rent long term?
Yes. Beyond online-paid bookings, your spaces can generate enquiries for several months or years. We pass you these qualified leads and you deal directly with the client, on your terms: you collect payment directly from your client, then workin.space invoices you its 10% commission on the first 12 months of the contract.
Can I decline a booking?
Yes. You are notified of every request and accept or decline it in one click from the portal. You stay in control of your schedule, with your opening hours and unavailability.
Am I tied to a contract?
No. No commitment, no exclusivity. You can take your offers offline or close your account at any time.
What types of spaces can I list?
Meeting rooms, private offices, coworking desks and event spaces. Each category has rates per duration: hour, half-day, day, week or month.
