This new workspace is located in an independent building of about 2800 m2 located a few meters from the Porte Maillot.

The building, formerly the headquarters of JLL, was until now occupied by Moet Hennessy (LVMH Group). Startway will be carrying out major work on the building in order to offer workspaces that meet the new needs of companies and employees through a combination of private and collaborative spaces. The space can accommodate up to 300 workstations in total.

Entrepreneurs, mobile or telecommuting employees, SMEs, and large groups will benefit from flexible and innovative real estate solutions such as: private office space, telecommuting spaces, innovative meeting rooms, phone boxes, interior terraces, event spaces, and a superb roof top with a magnificent view of the Arc de Triomphe, the Eiffel Tower, and La Défense. L'Espace will be managed and animated, as usual, by a team of office managers whose main mission is to animate and create links between all clients, individuals and companies.
