Mitwit Marais République Rue Saintonge - Paris 3

L'Espace is located in the heart of the Marais district between rue de Turenne and place de la République. A historical and very lively district with many shops and restaurants.

This new place of work and collaboration is located in an independent building of about 2400m2. The building has been completely restructured to offer a wide range of services (cafeteria, catering, events, storage, shower...) and flexible real estate solutions for all types of companies (freelancers, startups, SMEs and large groups) and for short or long term needs (1 hour, 1 month, 1 year, 10 years...). The work spaces are air-conditioned and modern.

The aim here is to revive a building with a stylized style, characteristic of the buildings of the postal and telecommunications services. The brick, the white concrete fixtures, the glass paving stones, the facades in redents, participate in a singular way in the Parisian landscape and presuppose the discovery of beautiful interior volumes.
