Formation Works was born from a desire for co-working
spaces with flexibility at their core.
Our ethos is one of collaboration and we are committed to providing solutions to fuel growth for the organisations which share their home with us.
Formation Works was formed in 2021 in response to a growing demand for flexible co-working spaces across Northern Ireland. When it comes to business orientated workspaces, we mean… well… business.
Now, we have ‘plug and play’ offices immediately available for 1-200 people, so simply move in, plug in and get started.
Our spaces epitomise the perfect balance of flexibility and precision:
Precisely what your business needs for the individual circumstances of your operation, but with the flexibility to grow and evolve as your business does.
