The Belfast City Office is located on tree-lined Elmwood Avenue in the Queen's Quarter, Belfast.
The business centre is at the western end of the avenue, opposite the picturesque All Souls Church, while the imposing main building of Queen's University Belfast, designed in 1849, is opposite the northern end of the avenue.
