workin.space launches an online reservation system enabling users to book 2,000 workspaces in 200 French cities in under 5 minutes

workin.space, the French start-up specializing in flexible office solutions, has added a new feature to its platform, enabling users to reserve workspaces for a few hours or several days throughout France, and soon in several European countries.

For this initial launch phase, and thanks to the relationship of trust built up with its partners over the last few years, workin.space is now able to offer almost 2,000 bookable workspaces. This new service now enables users to reserve a workspace (coworking station, day office or meeting room) in less than 5 minutes, for a one-off need ranging from a few hours to several days, in nearly 200 cities.

The platform's online booking feature enables its partners, including national operators such as Wojo, Multiburo, Startway, B'Coworker, Baya, Bureaux&Co, Flex-O, Now Coworking, Newton Offices and even Work & Share to benefit from high visibility, thanks to its target of one million annual visitors by 2024 (70% of whom are in France).

workin.space also intends to offer this service to its European partners in the coming weeks, making it available in 4 other European countries (Spain, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg), representing over 1,000 cities. The internationalization of the offer is made possible by a content translation AI, which enables any national of the countries mentioned to reserve a workspace online in their own language, in France or in another of the 4 countries.

"Historically, we support and advise start-ups, SMEs and major groups on 12 to 24-month commitments for their offices, but we were constantly being called upon for additional requests for very short-term needs. Our first objective was therefore to respond to this need by offering this new flexible booking service within our platform in the 5 countries where we are present. The next step is to develop our holistic approach by offering an 'office-on-demand' service for all companies with a hybrid work organization", says François Vermeil, CEO of workin.space.
