As part of a sustainable and participatory approach, our workspace is dedicated to the actors of social change. Sharing resources and services, exchanges and collaborations, aperitifs on the terrace or at the Marmites Volantes restaurant... Welcome to the MUNDO-M ecosystem!

At MUNDO-M, you will find :

• A rich ecosystem: from entrepreneurs to small and medium-sized structures, they are all committed to meeting an environmental, social or societal need and are ready to share & exchange with their roommates
• Moderate rents thanks to the sharing of spaces (meeting rooms, tea rooms, terrace...) and services (telephony, Internet, photocopying, postage, videoconferencing...)
• Flexible contracts (1 to 4 months notice)
• In a building that aims to be an example of good practices in sustainable development by combining a participatory design with residents, ecological construction techniques and exemplary management, an openness to the neighborhood and its neighbors ...
• AND, the (organic) icing on the cake: a restaurant run by Les Marmites Volantes, which offers healthy, organic and locavore dishes.
