L'Espace is located in the hotel des Postes Colbert.
A building located at 200 meters from the metro which has been entirely renovated by the Carta associés agency.
Several months of work were necessary to transform this hotel of the Posts with the Haussmannian inspiration (delivered in 1889 by Joseph Henri HUOT) into a majestic architectural place with a cathedral entry, interior terraces and of course a qualitative space of coworking to be able to install its company, to meet, to be domiciled and to tele-work thanks to flexible offers starting from 5€ ht per hour.
