The Start-Way network has opened a new collaborative business center or coworking space in Poitiers CDIS within the La Poste group

The "coworking" spirit for 25 people from different subsidiaries of the La Poste Group installed in a logic of Open Innovation

This space occupied by La Poste Group hosts 25 people, both the regional teams of the Group's branches and its subsidiary Poste Immo and soon local start-ups in a logic of open innovation. By proposing this concept, Startway is able to integrate the spirit of coworking, based on openness and exchange, by breaking down the silos and traditional codes of the company thanks to a work space layout that is more open to exchange. Startway has helped the La Poste Group to develop more collaborative work methods, an initiative that is part of a more general project of digital transformation of the company.
