Housed in a fully renovated stone farmhouse, Les Briques coworking center offers a unique working environment in Lion-sur-Mer, 500 meters from the beach and fifteen minutes from Caen.

The space, bathed in natural light thanks to large bay windows, accommodates 20 open-space workstations: 12 seated workstations spread over two large wooden tables and 8 standing desks along the windows.

All the furniture was designed and custom-built in our wood workshop, using raw materials to create a warm atmosphere conducive to concentration.

Each workstation features a 24-inch screen (HDMI and USB-C), high-speed Wi-Fi and access to the laser printer.

Unlimited specialty coffee and tea.

A private meeting room for 4 people, equipped with a 43-inch 4K screen and whiteboard, allows you to make calls or hold meetings in complete confidentiality.

In winter, the wood-burning stove creates a cosy atmosphere.
