Pépinière d’entreprises ESS Esplanade Rabelais - Hérouville Saint Clair

This new Pépinière d'entreprises ESS, managed by Caen Normandie Développement, will be dedicated to Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE) companies. It will be part of the Pôle Régional de l'Economie Sociale et Solidaire (PRESS), which brings together structures that support SSE activities: CRESS, France Active Normandie, Créacoop 14, URSCOP and La Nef.

A Pépinière d'entreprises ESS for young companies

This incubator, located in Hérouville Saint-Clair, is dedicated to companies less than 2 years old with an occupation of the premises that should not exceed 36 months. With a surface of 285 m², this place is organized in several spaces:

• An office space: 9 offices, 7 of which are individual (reserved for SSE companies under 2 years old). Each office is furnished and has an internet connection.
• A 60m²coworking space open to all: students, job seekers, entrepreneurs...12 places are available with à la carte rates. A residential coworking offer is also proposed in order to benefit from a fixed office.
• Meeting rooms available for rent equipped with video projection (available free of charge for hosted people).
