Our spaces are let on a managed basis, meaning we manage the building and all the amenities. When you rent one of our workspaces, you get a blank canvas, meaning you can customize the design of your open-plan studio space, office, or small workshop as you see fit.
All units have suspended lighting, permitter trunking, and beautiful parquet flooring. They are also self-contained, meaning they have their own entrances to the central courtyard.
