Kopshop is located in the original metropolitan police building, built in 1864 and refurbished in 2006. The interior pays respect to the original tenants of the building with a photo of the police men dating back to 1864, and the original brickwork remains to this day.
The offices (Cells), meeting room (Interrogation Room), and kitchen (Mess Hall) all add to the original police theme, keeping a playful vibe throughout the building.
Due to the high demand, Kopshop added an extension in 2019 with a copper-coated three-story wing providing more cells and amenities for tenants.
