Alex and Sarah first dreamt up the idea of Fastnet House back in 2019.
Sarah runs a marketing agency, and wanted a dynamic, vibrant space for her and her team.
She thought it would be wonderful to have comfy sofas, a log burner and a fully stocked kitchen for healthy lunches. Wouldn’t it be great, she pondered, if there could be a proper space for client meetings, and a place for the team to chill out, and loads of plants and sunlight. And a photography studio. And a fully stocked biscuit jar.
Over a couple of glasses of wine, Sarah mentioned her dreams to Alex… then the idea struck.
No small business needs all of these facilities all to themselves all of the time – they just need easy access to them. What if they could create the perfect space… and then share it with other like-minded businesses to create a fabulous business community?
It made perfect sense, and so Fastnet House was born.
