Located in our open co-working space are white box bay studios, these are available in shell condition or can be furnished to suit you. These range in size from 11 – 18sqm and suit an individual with equipment or a small team.
We have a small selection of enclosed studios for material based makers who prefer a bit more room to spread out and experiment with their medium. These are desirable spaces with high ceilings and excellent natural light, the demand is high so we recommend getting in touch so we can notify you when we have availability.
Our Dedicated Desks are custom designed and fabricated. Each unit provides a large lockable desk, with cork lined interior to create individual wall space.
Dedicated Desks are available on a month-to-month rolling contract and offer access to our studio kitchen, meeting room, wifi and print facilities. Our secure studio floor is accessible 24/7 to key-holding residents.
