Can you rent an office by the month at CBC Hub?
＋
Yes: CBC Hub rents 1 closed office of 6 desks, on a monthly rent.
The rent is all inclusive: equipped desk, charges, cleaning and shared services. That is what makes it hard to compare with a conventional lease, always quoted excluding charges.

How much does one desk cost per month at CBC Hub?
＋
Per desk, the most affordable office at CBC Hub works out at £167 excl. tax per month.
