The Granary Business Centre is situated in quiet, peaceful countryside, just north of Holmes Chapel. We are just minutes from Junction 18 of the M6, and 45 minutes from Manchester city centre.
Located close to an excellent transport network, The Granary Business Centre is a perfect business location for organisations with staff located across the UK. There are currently 8 offices ranging from 500 - 1200 sq feet and excellent communal facilities for all to use.
There is plenty of secure off road parking for guests and visitors and the rural ambience makes for a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. We encourage staff to make use of the beautiful gardens and wildlife areas and take lunchtime walks along the surrounding footpaths for maintaining good health and wellbeing.
Just because we are rural however doesn't mean access to technology is sacrificed. In 2019 we installed our own fibre line to the premises, providing a consistent internet service that offers excellent upload and download speeds. This facility will allow us to meet the needs of the businesses based here well into the future
