The MHBC building has an imposing frontage with a glazed reception area. The ground floor accommodation comprises of offices in varying sizes, with a range of suites to accommodate your complete workforce.
The first floor is accessed via the front reception with a spiral staircase leading to further offices, along with an additional staircase accessed from the side of the building for ease of access with bulkier items.
We have affordable office space, office workshop space, all available on a short or long-term lease at competitive rates. We have dedicated executive meeting rooms available by the hour. We also have rooms available which can be rented on a daily basis for use as a consulting or therapy room, and we are just a stones throw from the beautiful cathedral city centre of Chichester.
