This location offers furnished private offices and therapy room spaces ranging in size from 1 to 8 desks.

Here, as well as at Queen’s Gardens, we offer private gardens in which clients and their staff can relax. South- and east-facing offices boast a view of the Den’s canopy of trees, and all offices showcase views of trees and nature; the sight and sound of birds create a rare atmosphere for office accommodation in the city centre.

Landscaped gardens with tables and chairs to the rear promote wellbeing, offering people the opportunity to enjoy lunch outside on the south-facing patio.

The reception has been upgraded to create a larger waiting room for clients' visitors who visit on an appointment-only basis. The change of use from what was the boardroom into a business lounge where clients meet to enjoy breaks and lunch together.
