We believe that comfort is essential to the development of your business.
So, whether in our offices in Place Royale, or in our coworking space in Passage Pommeraye, we do everything possible to give you peace of mind.
Simply enjoy a good working environment, in the heart of unique and historic places.
For many years, these beautiful spaces were used as storage for first floor stores.
And more recently, for almost 15 years, these spaces were completely vacant. Completely renovated in 2017, the 200m2 space is ideally located and hosts an average of 5-6 businesses.
Individual spaces range from 10 to 28 sqm with 100 sqm of common space including a meeting room, lounge and dining room/equipped kitchen.
