Yes: La Joaillerie rents 1 closed office of 10 desks, on a monthly rent.
The rent is all inclusive: equipped desk, charges, cleaning and shared services. That is what makes it hard to compare with a conventional lease, always quoted excluding charges.
- For 10 people: from €2,450 excl. tax per month
How much does one desk cost per month at La Joaillerie?
