We offer private offices as well as open-plan workspaces in our co-working space.
We have just opened following a four-month refurbishment of the 250 square metre space.
We have fitted each private office and open-plan workspace with air conditioning.
We have a 16-square-metre office that can accommodate 3–4 workstations, a 25-square-metre office that can accommodate 5–6 workstations, and a 30-square-metre office for 7–8 workstations with a private balcony.
We have meeting rooms, a brand-new kitchen, and snacks and drinks are included.
Open-plan workstations are priced at €250 excl. VAT per month / €20 incl. VAT per day / €10 incl. VAT per half-day.
Private offices are priced at €750 per month for 16 square metres, €950 per month for 25 square metres and €1,250 per month for 30 square metres.
We have 9 parking spaces available as an optional extra.
A 3-minute walk from the ‘Barrière du Médoc’ and ‘Croix de Seguey’ tram stops.
