Located on rue du Palais Gallien in Bordeaux, this shared workspace is designed to accommodate creative or technical profiles such as architects, landscape architects, designers, engineers, economists, photographers and graphic artists...
The bright, street-level space comprises eight workstations, a meeting room with kitchenette and a separate toilet.
Currently, four workstations are occupied by two architectural firms.
We are now looking for new colleagues to occupy the remaining workstations, with a view to sharing resources, professional exchanges and, why not, collaboration.
You can rent from one to four workstations, depending on your needs.
Each workstation has a spacious desk measuring 125 by 80 cm, equipped with several sockets and RJ45 connections, a comfortable chair and personal storage space.
You will also have access to a library, a material library, a shared model station, a fiber and Wi-Fi internet connection, a multifunction printer-scanner, and a fully-equipped break room.
The atmosphere is calm, friendly and conducive to mutual support.
It's a place where you can work, exchange ideas, get inspired and develop your projects in a stimulating and caring professional environment.
The proposed contract is a 6-year lease with a security deposit equivalent to one month's rent, including a one-month trial period with no commitment to allow everyone to test the premises, the organization and the collective dynamic, with 6 months' notice in the event of departure.
