• For 24 people: from €5,850 excl. tax per month

Per desk, the most affordable office at The Babel Community | Bordeaux works out at €243 excl. tax per month.

This is the figure we use to compare two buildings: it cancels out office size and brings out the real gap between operators.

The largest closed office at The Babel Community | Bordeaux holds 24 people.

Nothing says you have to stay in one room: by combining several of the building's 3 offices, 52 desks are listed there in total.

And that figure does not tell the whole story. Large floors are rarely marketed online: operators keep them for qualified enquiries, and we regularly source ones that appear nowhere. Tell us about your project, we search off market too and come back to you within 48 hours.
