Allenby Commercial acquired Danish Buildings & Bayles House in the picturesque street High Street in Hull’s Old Town late 2017.
Since then, we have completely transformed the building into Hull’s best creative offices and studios.
The studios each contain a tea-point with kettle and fridge, LED lighting, heating, carpets, original fireplace, internet connection, alarm system, huge windows & tonnes of nature.
The overall building offers sociable spaces, such as quirky Summerhouse meeting room, two Kitchen/Social Rooms, two City Courtyards, Secure Bike Store & Shower.
The building is located along the River’s edge, surrounded by Hull’s best pubs, cafes & architecture.
It’s a stone’s throw away from Trinity Market, Hull Marina, Humber Street and all of the Culture Hot Spots.
Danish buildings & Bayles House is a high-profile site, on a main thoroughfare of the Museums Quarter, the Fish Trail and the general tourist trail.
