Dunston House is a substantial building on three storeys and offers over 70 separate office spaces for our valued customers.

As your business grows, or changes, we can work with you to provide more space, or different space!

Dunston House has 75 separate office spaces, available on flexible terms to allow short, or long-term occupation.
Spaces range in size from smaller offices of approximately 100 square feet, to larger offices of over 1,100 square feet. Alternatively, we can provide a combination of offices to create a custom space tailored to your requirements.
