Thanks to the community, the price includes DSL with 200 MBit, a fully equipped communal kitchen, a balcony, a reception area and, of course, coffee and tea.

On top of that, there is a separate agreement that only 4 weeks' notice applies - so it can also be rented as a temporary solution.
