The workstations and offices are located in the basement of Villa Schurig, the front building on the Riverboat site in Leipzig-Plagwitz, directly on the Karl Heine Canal. Access is at ground level from the large courtyard area.

A wide range of restaurants and stores are located within walking distance. Current tenants of our workspaces can rent the adjoining bistro with an area of approx. 40 sqm for small parties at half the usual daily rate.

If the booking of a ticket starts in the middle of the month, the first period of use (month or quarter) is charged pro rata. Each user has their own fixed workspace, which they can set up as they wish.

Only pre-payments by credit card are possible. Alternatively, you can contact us 24 hours in advance by phone or e-mail and pay directly at the office (cash, all major cards or PayPal).
