In August 2017, we decided to acquire, refurbish and renovate the building and transform it into a workspace.

We want to give the companies in our building the opportunity to try things out and grow.

A stable network and exciting collaborations form the perfect basis for this.

In this way, we enable a new, modern way of working that offers a wealth of opportunities and possibilities.

Our aim is for our tenants to make contacts with each other, inspire each other and benefit from each other.

That's why we offer them communication platforms and arrange weekly discussion groups and workshops.
