Kriftel Spaces

Many people will know it: the medical center in Taunusstraße. A lot has changed here in the last 10 years. The pharmacy is now an insurance agency and the surgeries have been turned into apartments.

When the last doctor moved out, only the optician's store and the ophthalmologist's practice remained unrenovated.

A new, attractive use therefore had to be found for the ground floor. As the space was not suitable for apartments, the idea arose to create flexible office space for self-employed people and young companies.

After extensive renovations and planning, Kriftel's first co-working center has now been welcoming its guests and users since the beginning of 2021.

We offer compact, lockable offices, a communal workspace, fully equipped meeting rooms and a personal atmosphere.
