Alongside the BRLO, this is the second pioneering use of the Urban Center.

In the middle of Berlin, in the middle of the park, coworking, culture and sport mix with an urban ideation lab in an unusual building in solid wood construction.

The building can be dismantled at a later date and rebuilt at a new location. From cradle to cradle.

The B-Part is an open place for everyone. Coworking, culture, sport, café and beer garden - many things are possible here. A mix of working and living makes the wooden building in Gleisdreieck Park a special St. Oberholz location. A special bonus: open events organized by members of the community take place here on a regular basis.
