At SEEGER Office, we offer workspaces for freelancers, creative professionals, sole traders, flexible employees and small start-ups - in other words, for anyone who needs a fixed desk outside of their home office.

Here you can work, concentrate and focus on your projects - just like everyone else who is here - this motivates you and when you go home afterwards, you are really at home!

Our shared office is centrally located directly at Karlstor, just a few steps away from the Postgalerie and Ludwigsplatz.

You don't need any lead time to get started with us. Choose a desk and off you go. We also offer lockable office rooms if you want to work as a team.

A flexible rental contract from 1 month doesn't tie you down for long. You are also welcome to try us out for a few days.
