Our commercial building with business center offers small and larger office units on the one hand and workrooms / practice rooms / offices in the shared office on the other.

The shared office offers rooms of different sizes. Depending on size and equipment, the rooms can be used individually or in pairs.

The large rooms also offer space for several people or for training courses. Access is via a small lounge and, together with the kitchen and the meeting area, represent the communal areas.

The workstations in the shared office are either provided with furniture for use or can also be furnished individually.

A WLAN with Internet connection is available for communication. The color laser printer/copier can also be controlled via the WLAN (printouts in small quantities are included in the rental price). There is a coffee machine in the kitchen.

The office concept gives cost-conscious users the opportunity to keep their fixed costs low without having to forego any of the advantages of having their own office and business address in Göppingen.
