La Turbine, the brand new incubator that generates meetings and innovation in East Moselle, is a service proposed and imagined by the Communauté d'Agglomération Forbach Porte de France, in partnership with the Caisse d'Epargne Grand Est Europe and Capentreprendre, already present in the premises, which will ensure the operation and animation of the structure.
