Le Quartier Génial Chemin Richelieu - Floirac

Le Quartier Génial is being built in a collective dynamic where the participation of citizens and all the stakeholders of the territory is a key to its transformative ambition and solidarity of the territory and its society. It is a question of building together a common approach and culture for an ecological transition of our way of life, of work and of our living environment.

The Le Quartier Génial project is complementary in that it is a private initiative that positions itself to "fill in the gaps" in a third space (neither public nor completely private space, but a shared space) while echoing the existing with an approach of facilitator (sometimes skyguider) between the stakeholders and not by "doing in the place of..."; it is indeed a question of writing a collective story in an approach open to all.
