This is the figure we use to compare two buildings: it cancels out office size and brings out the real gap between operators.

The largest closed office at Regus NJ, Princeton - Overlook holds 22 people.

Nothing says you have to stay in one room: by combining several of the building's 14 offices, 150 desks are listed there in total.

And that figure does not tell the whole story. Large floors are rarely marketed online: operators keep them for qualified enquiries, and we regularly source ones that appear nowhere. Tell us about your project, we search off market too and come back to you within 48 hours.
