The rent is all inclusive: equipped desk, charges, cleaning and shared services. That is what makes it hard to compare with a conventional lease, always quoted excluding charges.
Per desk, the most affordable office at Regus TX, Lubbock - Briercroft Office PK works out at $135 excl. tax per month.
This is the figure we use to compare two buildings: it cancels out office size and brings out the real gap between operators.

Nothing says you have to stay in one room: by combining several of the building's 8 offices, 61 desks are listed there in total.
