Frequently asked questions about Five Coworking
What is the address of Five Coworking?
＋

Can you rent an office by the month at Five Coworking?
＋
Yes: Five Coworking rents 2 closed offices of 4 desks, on a monthly rent.
The rent is all inclusive: equipped desk, charges, cleaning and shared services. That is what makes it hard to compare with a conventional lease, always quoted excluding charges.
- For 4 people: from CHF 620 excl. tax per month
How much does one desk cost per month at Five Coworking?
＋
Per desk, the most affordable office at Five Coworking works out at CHF 155 excl. tax per month.
This is the figure we use to compare two buildings: it cancels out office size and brings out the real gap between operators.
What is the largest team Five Coworking can hold?
＋
The largest closed office at Five Coworking holds 4 people.
Nothing says you have to stay in one room: by combining several of the building's 2 offices, 8 desks are listed there in total.
And that figure does not tell the whole story. Large floors are rarely marketed online: operators keep them for qualified enquiries, and we regularly source ones that appear nowhere. Tell us about your project, we search off market too and come back to you within 48 hours.
