Yes: Novu Campus rents 7 closed offices, from 4 to 10 desks, on a monthly rent.
The rent is all inclusive: equipped desk, charges, cleaning and shared services. That is what makes it hard to compare with a conventional lease, always quoted excluding charges.
Per desk, the most affordable office at Novu Campus works out at CHF 900 excl. tax per month.
This is the figure we use to compare two buildings: it cancels out office size and brings out the real gap between operators.
