As feedback: Unfortunately, I did not receive the digital key as expected. Instead, I received an email asking me to register for some services (to unspecific). During the registration process, Switzerland was not available as a country option. Even after completing the registration, I still could not find a digital key. Instead, I was presented with a rather complex portal offering various features whose purpose was not clear. When I tried calling the hotline for assistance, I only reached an Italian-language answering machine before the call was disconnected. The lady which led us finally in could also not speak English. Thus I still don’t know how it should work. In addition, there were no English and simple instructions in the meeting room explaining how to use the screen or presentation equipment. Overall, the room itself is nice and has great potential. However, the user experience surrounding access and setup is unnecessarily complicated and could be made much more straightfor
