It is an open space differentiated into three main work areas plus a meeting room, 2 video conference rooms and 2 kitchens with a canteen. There is a waiting or relaxation area and a relaxed meeting table.
The minimum stay is one month as we prefer people to come for long term rather than occasional hours. They are all permanent positions.
There is only one condition and that is that the space is open and quite quiet. To talk there is the meeting room, the video-conference rooms, the open common areas or we go out to the garden patio.
Although we all speak clearly, it is not a library but an office, but there is not much noise to facilitate the work environment and concentration. If you have to talk in front of the computer you can do it in a low tone and that's it.
There are no independent enclosed areas at the moment, so if your work is call-center type, it would not be useful, although you can always consider the possibility of closing some space if necessary.
