Our Serviced Offices are situated in a modern purpose built office block constructed in the 1960s. Offices are available over two floors with offices and suites of varying sizes available, either furnished or unfurnished.
Tenants have 24 hour 7 day access and heating is provided during office hours Monday to Friday. Offices are let on a monthly revolving licence to the end of a calendar month. The rent review is 1st April annually.
The rent is inclusive of business rates, water charges, electricity, cleaning of common area and buildings insurance. It does not include telephone and broadband, office cleaning or contents insurance.
There is an initial deposit of approximately one months rent which is non refundable if the occupancy is less than one calendar year. After this period only refurbishment costs are deducted. Please refer to the tables below for office sizes. All sizes are in Square Feet.
