This 200,000 sq ft office building is leading the way in creating sustainable, health and wellbeing focussed workplaces for the city, and for the future. 4 Angel Square is a Design for Performance Pioneer Project and is targeting a NABERS 5 star rating.

This sets it apart as one of the first in the UK to include an array of features crafted to deliver energy-efficient performance throughout its operational life. Among its innovative features is an energy-efficient heating system using air source heat pumps to harness energy generated from rooftop photovoltaic panels.

The building operates exclusively on renewable electricity and uses smart tech and systems to monitor and manage the building in operation, from energy use to climate control to air quality.
