Koba provides sustainable workspace without the greenwash we're on an evidence-based mission to demonstrate that workspace can be beautiful, functional, healthier for ourselves and less damaging to the planet.

We make sustainability reporting simple for its residents by providing real time access to accurate data across energy, water and waste.

We’re partnering with an award winning social mobility charity, into University and will curate opportunities for our residents to support and mentor local, disadvantaged young people.

We believe that a workspace should not be like a home, but rather a place to collaborate, share, engage and have the space and tools to be your most productive self, without distraction.

With a host of regular and carefully tailored events, Koba members will have the opportunity to connect with like minded individuals and choose from a selection of wellness, social and professional events. This is what communities are built on, and a workplace is no different a shared purpose with a desire for sustainability.
