Tempest is a restored 1970s brutal beast. It’s old on the outside and contemporary on the inside with warm timber details, exposed concrete and award-winning architecture.

With a café-bar and co-working on the ground floor, Tempest has a buzzing, collaborative atmosphere.

We have some incredibly stylish meeting rooms in the basement and then there’s the roof terrace with great views of the city and the Mersey.

People are at the core of what we do. Whether it’s creating an exciting public place for a real community to come together, holding rooftop yoga classes, curating art exhibitions or just throwing parties for our residents.

We banned investors from Crusader and Phoenix. That means no airbnbs, no absentee landlords and no new neighbours every six months. Just a proper community.
