At Studio 109, our main aim is to provide an innovative environment that supports startups and small businesses in the local community, with the space and facilities needed to grow and develop.
Offering more than just a venue, the team at Studio 109 are constantly on hand offering their expertise and broad creative network to help you deliver your projects efficiently and cost effectively.
In March 2018, Studio 109 opened its doors and became Middlesbrough’s premier co-working environment.
The building, formerly known as St Johns Hall, was initially the community centre for St Johns Church and the original home for Middlesbrough theatre.
It then went on to become Decorcast and a fireplace sales centre for 30 years, before opening up as a new co-working space earlier this year to cater for the expanding digital and creative sector.
Located between the town centre and developing Middlehaven area, it is the first dedicated co-working space in the TS1 postcode with creativity and self-development at its core.
