The Clervaux Exchange Business Centre

Having opened our doors in June for the first phase of the building, we have welcomed over a dozen businesses into the welcoming workspace at Clervaux.

The next phases of offices are now available along with the boardroom and large room for external letting.

The full restoration of the main building has been completed and is a great showcase for Jarrow and South Tyneside.
