Market is a professional workspace for independent people and businesses in Peckham, southeast London.

Located in Cornerhouse, a stone’s throw from Peckham Rye station, the 1908 Edwardian building has been redeveloped to become a home to small businesses and freelancers who value being together, living and working differently in the local neighborhood.

Cornerhouse is home to a café, bar food hall, fitness studio and much more.  

Market’s shared workspace sits at the heart of all of this, offering hot desks, fixed desks and studios as well as community memberships and business support initiatives designed to promote small businesses in the local area.

The building has been curated to offer productive and fulfilling working days, beginning with coffee at Cornerhouse Cafe and a workout at Milo and the Bull‘s fitness studio.  

Find a quiet productive corner or lead a big team meeting in the workspace, then re-fuel in the ground floor with working lunch specials from a diverse range of food hall traders.

Both Market and Cornerhouse were designed and developed by the small team of architects at Frame and is an independent operating business run by Nick Mansour and Simon Thorpe.
