Our East Ham serviced offices are located in a prime location on the High Street next door to East Ham station; on the 1st Floor of what could possibly be the most iconic building in the area.

It was built in 1906 and was the home of The Palace: East Ham theatre. It later became C&A with the local newspaper, The Newham Recorder occupying the 1st Floor until 2012.

Today it stands as a majestic building in the centre of East Ham, with Lidl occupying the majority of the ground floor and Icon Offices occupying part of the ground floor and all of the 1st floor.
